It is in human nature
to lack the understanding
of how the cosmos works,
because we are fundamental to it.
And we are shining a flashlight
towards mirrors in a dark room
that are shining right back at us,
and then we develop a belief
that it is a new light when it is really not.
We want to believe that we are standing
in a different light,
but we are not.
However, what we have yet to figure out
is that such mirrors only shone light
from a specific side.
The light that comes in
is the same light that we reflect back,
though our light comes from inside of us,
rather than outside.
And when our light is reflected back at us,
we are fooled into believing
it is a different light.
It is not. It is all the same.
All the light in the world
is the same light,
reflections of our minds.
One word can spark a thousand pages.
One adventure begins
a never-ending story.
The never-ending story is humanity.
It is interesting to think of things
from a perspective that is not human.
We are such insignificant creatures,
freaks of nature,
and yet our ego
gives us significance.
I view the ego
as the gravity of our soul,
our soul being the spark of Consciousness
that is the energy source of everything.
In religions it is called a spark of divinity,
but it is merely a projector,
forming matter with the same patterns
on every scale.
The ego is our gravitational pull
to connect us to the physical world,
to project an outer persona
that orbits around the center;
the soul.
It seems that psychology emulates spirituality,
which in turn emulates science,
and all three are projected
from an original source of energy.
As our soul is the source of our energy,
then everything around it, too,
would have celestial counterparts.
There is beauty in the insignificance of things,
and in their patterns.
Because patterns sometimes overlap,
there becomes something significant.
The overlap becomes
the space we inhabit.
The product of the combination
of cosmic patterns
is within the human mind,
and to understand our insignificance,
becomes significant.
It will allow humanity a path forward.
To understand insignificance
is to humble oneself,
and to focus on the important things.
It is difficult to understand this
when reality is so compelling.
Society is so captivating,
so comforting,
and incredibly addicting.
It is manufactured this way
so that the ego can experience
the liveliness of adrenaline,
because it thrives on importance,
and acknowledgment.
The only problem, however,
is that the ego does not acknowledge itself.
This is all done within the unconscious,
just as the world we live in
feels like there was no conscious thought
behind it.
The unconscious is my consciousness,
the dream is my reality,
but which one are you,
and which one am I?
