I think of a many things,
as I sit beside rippling waters—
the way the world sees
the colorfulness of the evergreens,
and the busyness of honey bees.
And the sweet, sweet melody
of the lovely chickadees,
who soar ever so freely—
which allows my heart to flutter
and fly, like a delicate butterfly.
A lot can be thought of whilst
sitting by these rippling waters.
As such, the winds may pick up
and carry me far, far away.
Though I shall miss its beauty—
the world that I’ve come to adore.
