for every time you say hello—

for every time you say goodbye.

A thousand words

for every time you say I hate you.

And they will all say:

I love you.

 

And you will write

a thousand words

to say you’re sorry.

A thousand words

to replace your hello.

A thousand words

to replace your goodbye.

And they will all say:

I miss you.
